Wings Global Shopper member is responsible for any charges for receiving the mail and packages, any taxes or custom fees and any other related charges.

1. Wings Global Shopper provides a mailing address in the United States. This address is located in Clifton, NJ.
2. Wings Global Shopper receives members packages at the above address, consolidates packages per members request and forwards packages to members home country within business hours of the destination country.
3. Wings Global Shopper member is responsible for any taxes, customs taxes and fees, handling charges, shipment charges for the receipt and forwarding of members packages.
4. Wings Global Shopper member authorizes LEGRIN LLC to charge members credit card for services provided on this website.
5. Shipping charges are based on weight and volume of the package and will be calculated before member confirms shipment by clicking the "Ship Now" button.
6. Wings Global Shopper stores members' packages for 75 days for free. Package storage period can not exceed 75 days. At the end of 75 days, 3 storage notices will be sent to the customer via e-mail and SMS. The packages stored for more than 75 days will be disposed 10 working days after the first notice with a disposal notification.
7. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of packages. Dimensional weight will be used for packages that has a large size-to-weight ratio. Dimensional weight is calculated as follows: Dimensional Weight = [Height (inch) x Length (inch) x Depth (inch)] / 139
8. Shipping insurance is calculated based on the declared value of the item. Insurance costs are shown to member before the member confirms the shipment by clicking on the "Confirm Order" button.
9. Both parties (Wings Global Shopper or the member) can terminate the membership agreement anytime by sending the other party a written request (by e-mail, mail or fax message).
10. If the member terminates his/her membership, Wings Global Shopper reserves the right to return members remaining packages to senders or destroy the packages. All shipping charges for the return of the remained packages will be charged to members credit card. Shipping charges for the remaining packages will be twice the regular shipping rates.
11. If member fails to pay for the services used for 30 days, Wings Global Shopper reserves the right to terminate the membership. Wings Global Shopper reserves the right to return members remaining packages to senders or destroy the packages of these members. Members can not claim any rights for returned or destroyed packages.
12. Late payments: If a service charge invoice is unpaid for more than 30 days member agrees to pay a $10 late payment fee and an 8% monthly interest on the invoice amount for each month. These charges will be added to the original invoice for each month the invoice remains unpaid.
13. Wings Global Shopper membership starts as soon as registration process is completed by the member on the website. The use of the mailing address provided by Wings Global Shopper to member means acceptance of these terms and conditions. By using this mailing address, member also agrees that all the charges for the services provided on the website can be charged to his/her credit card on file.
14. Wings Global Shopper user, as becoming a member of Wings Global Shopper, agrees to get marketing promotions, campaign bulletins and all kinds of information and communication about the service by electronic mail to the registered e-mail address, and SMS to registered cell phone number. If the user wants, after logging in to his/her Wings Global Shopper account, he/she can change his/her preferences by removing the tick in the boxes of "Promotional mailing" and/or "SMS notification" on "My Account" page or he/she can contact Wings Global Shopper by email or phone.
15. Wings Global Shopper member agrees to obey all the laws and regulations of both U.S. and his/her country. Wings Global Shopper member can not and will not use this site for fraudulent transactions or shipments or for shipping illegal or controlled substances. Wings Global Shopper member will be responsible for any charges or fees resulting from a violation of this condition.
16. Wings Global Shopper can not be held liable for loss of information or documents for uncontrolled system outages (natural disasters, central electrical outages, or satellite communication link failures)
17. Wings Global Shopper reserves the right to modify, remove or terminate these terms and conditions. Please check back this terms and conditions page regularly for any updates. Members use of the website means acceptance of modified/updated terms and conditions.
18. Any legal obligations arisen from the unlawful use of the services provided on the website will be the sole responsibility of the member.
19. Membership remains active until a written request is received from the member.
